Not just a course. A bridge to sisterhood.
Black Women Who Mentor™ — Foundations is a live, healing-centered mentorship experience designed for Black women who are ready to deepen their identity, clarify their voice, and step into mentorship with intention, boundaries, and integrity.
This is not surface-level professional development.
This is grounded work — rooted in lived experience, reflection, and collective wisdom.
What This Experience Is
This 14-week live cohort blends:
- Weekly live gatherings
- Guided asynchronous reflections
- Sister Circle dialogue
- Journaling and integration
- Intentional pauses for grounding and growth
Each week builds upon the last, creating a container that supports both personal healing and readiness for mentorship.
You will be asked to reflect, speak, listen, and show up — for yourself and for the community.
Who This Is For
This experience is for Black women who:
- Feel called to mentor or are already mentoring
- Want to lead with clarity, compassion, and boundaries
- Are navigating identity, visibility, and voice
- Value sisterhood, accountability, and reflection
- Are ready to grow with others — not in isolation
Who This Is Not For
This may not be the right space if you are:
- Looking for a self-paced, hands-off course
- Unwilling to engage in reflection or live dialogue
- Expecting quick fixes or transactional outcomes
- Not ready to honor community agreements and shared space
This is a live, relational experience — presence matters.
How the Live Cohort Works
- Live Sessions: Weekly (Zoom)
- Before We Meet: Asynchronous foundations completed prior to each session
- Replay & Reflection: Integration space after each live gathering
- Progression: Linear — each week builds on the last
Zoom links are shared inside the course prior to each live session.
Time Commitment
- Live session: ~90 minutes weekly
- Asynchronous work: ~45–60 minutes weekly
This is a commitment to yourself and the collective.
A Note on Completion
Participants who complete the full experience will receive:
- A Cohort Completion Certificate (keepsake)
- Eligibility for Certified Mentor of Legacy™ credentialing (issued separately)
This Is Sacred Space
Black Women Who Mentor™ is built on trust, care, and intentional presence.
If you feel called here — trust that pull.
